Tenkey Tape

A 10-key adding machine that keeps every calculation on an editable paper tape. Add up a column of figures, then change any line — every total below it recalculates instantly.

Features

The tape does the remembering

✏️

Edit any line

Tap a figure to correct it, switch + to −, or insert an entry you missed into the middle of a tape. Everything below recalculates at once.

🧾

Comments and headings

Label what each figure was for and split a long tape into sections, so it still reads back a month later.

💯

Exact to the cent

Decimal arithmetic throughout, with 5/4, banker's, up and down rounding — and round-each-step to match a printed tape.

🧮

Tax both ways

Two rates on the keypad. +Tax adds tax, −Tax pulls the net back out of a gross amount. Percentages, subtotals and memory keys too.

☁️

Saved and synced

Keep tapes by name and duplicate one as a template for next month. iCloud keeps them on your iPhone, iPad and Mac.

📤

Out to the books

Share as text, export a PDF or a CSV that spreadsheets read as numbers, or print the tape.
